Most shampoos are mostly water carrying a small dose of actives and a long list of preservatives, surfactants, and synthetic fragrance. Nityashuddhy flips that completely. It is a 100 percent natural hair wash built from 28 botanical ingredients, every one of them doing something specific for your hair and scalp.
What Goes Into Every Wash
The foundation is Reetha and Shikakai, the two cleansing botanicals that have washed Indian hair for thousands of years, joined by Aritha Chhal and Yucca root, both traditional cleansing extracts that round out the formula's lather and gentleness. Amla brings its legendary vitamin C and antioxidant profile, working alongside Bhringraj and Brahmi, two of Ayurveda's most respected herbs for hair strength and a calm scalp. Khatmi (marshmallow root) and Jasvand (hibiscus) condition and add slip without a trace of silicone. Methi (fenugreek) and alsi (flaxseed) feed the hair shaft with the nutrients it needs to stay strong, alongside Rice, present here in three forms, rice protein, rice extract, and rice blend, for nourishment, texture, and gentle cleansing all at once. Neem and tulsi keep the scalp environment balanced, while triphala and aloe vera (gwarpatha) round out the soothing and antioxidant layer. Arrowroot, tapioca starch, and kaolin clay give the blend its silky texture and help lift away everyday buildup. Peppermint (pudina) brings a light cooling sensation with every wash. And the finishing touches, rose, sandalwood, vetiver, lemon peel, dried mango, rosemary, sunflower, and isabgol, round out the formula with fragrance, shine, and softness, entirely from plants.

Amazing
Initially I was skeptical with powder format, I thought it will make my hair rough but after using it made my hair silky and also when I used chemical shampoos i used to get headache but that did not happen with shuddhy.
