Returns and replacements
We accept returns and replacements within 2 days of delivery if the product is received damaged, tampered, or incorrect.
How to start a return
- Write to [email protected] within 2 days of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Attach a photograph of the product you received.
We will reply with the next steps.
What cannot be returned
Opened products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of return receipt.
Online payments are refunded to the original payment method.
Cancelling an order
To cancel an order, contact us as early as you can with your order number. An order can be cancelled only before it is dispatched.
